My personal experience with Dr. Dalton, who I've seen for about 7 years, has been outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Dalton and her practice! :)
This office is unable to provide satellite monitoring services for IVF patients outside of the OSF network. They will confidently assure you that your concerns over the details are unfounded and they "do this all the time". They are unwilling to take any ownership of the process, have no timely mechanism for correcting mistakes (unless you spend all day demanding they do so), and will consistently and confidently tell you they have the situation under control while they are actively making obvious and major mistakes. I’ve heard great things about Dr. Dalton, but I haven’t had the chance of meeting her yet. I transferred care before I got to meet her in person. I transferred to the birth center my second trimester. I actually loved their office and most staffs, my only reason for giving a 2 stars and another reason I eventually transferred was the NP we met with the last visit I had at their office.
