Choosing this doctor turned out to be the biggest regret of my life thus far for my wife and I. She currently works for Heart of Illinois Obstetrics & Gynecology. Right after the 2nd or 3rd visit, the clinic lost my wife's blood vials and called the following day claiming this has never happened before and blamed FedEx for losing the blood vials. Dr Dalton herself is knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. However, her staff and her processes are frustrating and unprofessional. You will have to play phone tag when scheduling appointments. The staff contradicts themselves and you will have a one month process get spread across 3 or 4 months due to miscommunications between staff members or lack of process knowledge from staff members.
Great place with such amazing staff. They make you feel so comfortable during a somewhat uncomfortable appointment. They have peaceful music playing and prayer cards. They just care about you. You’re not a patient to them or a name- you’re a woman of God who is treasured and they make you feel that way.
