Dr. Criddle is a Great Dr. She listens to all of my concerns and worries, and she goes out of her way to research, do testing, or whatever is needed to find out what the cause is. She truly cares for me, and my family also sees her! She is awesome. Hope she never leaves the area...selfish, I know, but I really appreciate Dr.s like her, which is sadly only a few!
Rachel charted and therefore charged me for services that were never even asked for when I went in for an annual preventative exam. Office refused to listen to my concerns.
Rachel makes me feel like a human, unlike a lot of doctors these days that just look at the computer while they talk to you.
