Friend has a house listed for several months & few showings. with such a large company would have thought this would have been a good decision, guess this isn't always the reality.
Rachel hired our company to do a pre-listing clean on a house that had human waste on the walls, floors, etc. Roaches were pouring out of the cabinets, just to name a few things. We refused to do it and left the job. She then bashed my business for being unprofessional. Talk about unprofessional.
