Taking our 15 year old daughter, who suffers from an anxiety disorder, chronic pain from a herniated disk, PCOS (and all the complications that accompany that diagnosis), to a Pediatric Gynecologist sounded like a necessary but nightmarish experience. Waited over two months for first appointment. Dr. Casey was very attentive and listened and addressed all our concerns and left us with peace of mind and confidence we were in good hands. Trying to schedule a follow up appointment is IMPOSSIBLE. First I was told her schedule wasn't open. I waited a few weeks and called, and told it still wasn't open. Sent message and was told "Oops, sorry, next month is open, it's just booked. But we will put you on the wait list for Feb." Frustrating does not even begin to describe it.
