Waited 3 months for my appointment just to arrive and be informed that apparently they tried to contact me a week ago that the doctor wasn't going to be in. I have no record of a missed call, text, email or voicemail. I requested a day off ahead of time just to make the appointment. Where is the decency or quality service to try and help people out??? Nobody could've rescheduled with another doctor or sent a notification??
I took my daughter for her visits with Dr. Singer and she was welcoming, friendly, and patient. MY daughter felt very comfortable with her throughout the visit.
