Rachel was my therapist after the VA recommended I see a therapist. She is a good listener and tells you what you need to hear. She builds you up and makes you believe in yourself. Definitely recommend her.
I strongly advise caution when considering services from Rachel Haynes. My unfortunate experience with her was both unethical and deeply troubling. Seeking assistance as a crime victim, I shared my personal information with her to schedule an appointment. However, not only was this appointment never realized due to a lack of follow-through on her part, but she also proceeded to misuse my information. Been going to Rachel for over a year. I never had a good experience with a therapist until I met Rachel, and I enjoy the conversations we have. She offers very good advice as well
Rachel helped me during the most difficult times in my life. I highly respect her integrity, honesty, and ethical approach to care. Im not in need of therapy at this time but would return to work with her in an instant. I also would highly recommend her to friends and family, especially those with addition and mental health disorders. She is an excellent asset to the profession.
