Rachel is awesome! She listens, snaps you out of poor thinking when you’re having self doubt. I enjoy my time I spend with her each session and I recommend anyone who is going through it to seek her out. She has the knowledge and actual life experience which I find helpful. It really makes me feel like I can get past the tough things in my life. She is also very responsive if you need to get in a session with her! I messaged her and got in the day after I had a huge conflict at work! I am thankful for her and her guidance!
