Dr. KERA HEMSTREET opened a practice!!!! I followed her with my 14 year old Boston Terrier from a local practice. The new office is gorgeous (Huntersville location) and the staff is incredible. Dogs stay in room for exam with owners . Practice focuses on whole health and quality of life for pets. If you have been missing Dr. HEMSTREET from your local practice or are looking for a new veterinary practice give them a call!!
My dog loves the staff and they seem to genuinely love him as well. The office is clean and inviting.
I love, love, love Dr Hyatt and the Lakecross team! They really care about all pets and their owners! Highly recommend them!
This clinic is about business, not animals. I came with medical records showing my cat already diagnosed with asthma. They didn’t even examine her, refused to prescribe an inhaler, and tried to push me into repeating the same expensive tests, antibiotics, and prednisone that had already failed. I booked a $25 wellness exam they advertised, but they tried to charge me $95 just because my cat is “sick,” even though they did nothing.
