This clinic is about business, not animals. I came with medical records showing my cat already diagnosed with asthma. They didn’t even examine her, refused to prescribe an inhaler, and tried to push me into repeating the same expensive tests, antibiotics, and prednisone that had already failed. I booked a $25 wellness exam they advertised, but they tried to charge me $95 just because my cat is “sick,” even though they did nothing. Unfortunately, my most recent experience at this vet was my last experience with them. My very sick, 6-year-old, Dobie, retired showdog( i.e., liver failure) was under their care. He wasn't doing well and was potentially dying, as there wasn't much else we could do for him besides the medications he was taking. At our last visit, a (new to us) vet technician entered the exam room with me, my dog, and my 12-year-old daughter. My dog barked and jumped on him. Brought my old dog here for continuing palliative care after being unhappy with a different vet where my dog was very anxious. Dr. Hyatt and the staff there were amazing. My dog was calm and the staff was very kind.
I’ve been going here for the 2 yrs I’ve lived in the Charlotte area as my brother & sister in law spoke very highly of them.
