When looking for an agent, I wanted someone who knew the area well. Although I was familiar with Edina, I wasn’t familiar with the housing market and how very fast paced it was and still is. This was no surprise to Rachel and she helped us navigate through all the steps. From looking online, to setting up showings (working with our schedules) and writing up multiple offers. From our first meeting, Rachel has taken wonderful care of us. We love our home and highly recommend working with her!
Rachel was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped my mom sell her townhouse making it a very easy transition for her. She went above and beyond to assist with the association at the townhouse as well as any other details that came up. Her knowledge of the industry, positive personality and willingness to help with any matter made this a great experience. We were very grateful for all she did!
When first searching for a home I happened to meet Rachel in an open house I went to and instantly felt a connection with her! Rachel was great helping us sell and purchase our new home. Because of her guidance in setting a competitive price point, we were able to sell our current home quickly with multiple offers.
