Dr. Humphrey is a “worst case scenario” kind of person. I had to see her due to being high risk (I was 37, and had a BMI of 34 before I was full term). She wanted me to prick myself everyday, multiple times a day, to get my blood sugar. I told her I couldn’t bring myself to do it after weeks of trying, due to a childhood trauma. During my pregnancy, I left each appointment with Dr. Humphrey equipped with way more knowledge than when I arrived. She is super intelligent and enjoys sharing all the important info you need to know about your baby and your body. She does this in a way you can understand and in a compassionate manner. 10/10 would take her class, watch her show, or listen to her podcast if she started one! She’s got great stories and a wealth of fascinating knowledge to share.
