Terrible person. Terrible customer service. Terrible follow through. States she is too busy to give a call back in an email. Can’t come up with any response but we don’t have notes for that. Had to find a different State Farm agent, outside of Rachel FitzPatrick, to help me with a simple windshield replacement. Over 6 weeks of leaving messages.
Everyone in this office is super friendly and they went out of their way to get me exactly what I needed. Jessica was awesome and she saved me $$$ with better coverage. Great experience and highly recommended....
