Diana or Diane, who answered the phone, was extremely rude. The office apparently opted to not be IN network anymore for many Blue Cross / Blueshield insurances and probably many more other health insurance companies. She was highly irritated to have to explain to me that I am now OUT network in regards to my insurance which is a PPO yet they are still listed IN network and after speaking to my insurance I learned it is upon them to take their name off.
