I have loved my experience with Dr Elsasser. I feel like she listens, cares and does not judge. I am very thankful for Dr. Elsasser.
Worst call center ever. I called as early as possible on Friday and spoke with Tiffany at Samaritan, my appointment was for the following Monday, she said that appointment time has been set for 20 minutes and would not work because now I am requiring a hospital followup after my 7 day admission to Riverbend hospital. She assured me she would contact back office and get back to me. I assumed she meant she would get back before close of day, since my appointment was on Monday, 8:25 check in. Dr Elsasser is literally the best doctor I have seen in my entire life. I don't "hate" going to the doctors office any longer since finding her. If you're looking for a new family physician, you should definitely talk to her or her team.
