I absolutely love Dr. Thommen! Some of the office practices make it less than a painless process to make my appointments each month. They did say that they changed some of their office processes, so I'm rating it based on that, and their responsiveness when I said the processes made it difficult for me to schedule my monthly appointments. Looking forward to many more years in good relationship with this office.
