The best decision we made when selling our home was to work with Rachel. She went above and beyond from start to finish. The list of tasks that needed to be done throughout the space to sell our home was surprisingly extensive, and Rachel took care of everything. Not only was the process seamless and I was able to be extremely hands-off the whole time, but Rachel encouraged us to negotiate the offer to get a higher amount than we had even anticipated.

Rachel helped me to get into a great apartment, at a great rate, with a large dog, and on a time crunch. She made the impossible, possible. She set my mind at ease and assured me we could find a place in my time frame even with all of my hurdles.
