As an owner in a Condo Association she manages, I had to contact Rachel Decamp regarding a tenant issue. I was directed to do so by the board President. Rather than trying to assist me, she dictated rules in a loud and negative tone, she was far more obstructive than helpful and as a result, the problem is still not solved. The entire RLL Company is amazing and helped us immensely along the way with finding a house to rent, Rachel and Kelly in particular put all of my nerves at ease and did everything they could to give us a roof over our heads. Rachel is very knowledgeable and the best property manager in Brevard County! You are not just a number to her and she genuinely cares about her clients. I am the president of a small HOA that is having some issues and she took time out of her day to walk me through a solution when I was having a hard time finding anyone willing to help. If you need property management in brevard county there is no better person for you to call! 10/10
Rachael and I began our relationship when during the time I was a caregiver to a veteran who needed his house rented to offset his medical bills. During the time Rachael handled his house, she took care of any and all issues, making my responsibilities less stressful. She handled getting it rented, and the outcome has ended very favorably with the tentents becoming the new homeowners. I admire her paying attention to details and following up on anything that needed attention. Thank you so much, I highly recommend Rachael!
