Could not recommend Rachel enough, she walked us through the entire process, from updating finishes before we listed to setting us up with vendors to get inspection repairs, Rachel helped with it all. Rachel Day was amazing to work with on the selling of my mother's house. She took on a difficult situation as there were squatters occupying the property, but Rachel didn't blink an eye.
