I have had her cancel my appointment on me the day of 5 different times. Never received an apology from her nor does she seem to care. Don't waste your time scheduling with her.
After multiple visits, I can confidently say this doctor does not prioritize patient care. Each time, I felt rushed, ignored, and left without clear explanations about my concerns. There is no effort to listen or provide compassionate care—it feels like a corporate assembly line. If you want a doctor who truly values their patients, I recommend looking elsewhere.
The staff is personable and smiling. The office is full of positive energy. Dr. Friedman makes me feel respected and heard. She is direct and honest. As strange as it may sound i genuinely look forward to my doctors appointments because of the way I am treated by this team.
I met Dr. Friedman for the first time today. I feel fortunate to have found her. She is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. 'She is a great listener and addresses all your concerns. We need more physicians like her. High recommend.
