Dr Cox has a great gift. She was able to explain everything going on to my 85 yr old Mother in law with compassion. She also ended up doing her surgery on a Saturday so that my mother in law wouldn't have to go through anymore pain and anguish. My mother in law has parkinson's and high anxiety so this was a godsend for her.

Dr. Rachel Cox is absolutely fantastic. After years of dealing with this issue and seeing multiple doctors without much progress, she was the first person who really took the time to listen and put together a thoughtful plan. Her bedside manner is incredible — she never made me feel rushed and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. Dr Rachel Cox is a kind doctor. She knows what are your needs. She explains everything in detail and focuses on your concerns. She is knowledgeable in her job and an expert on colorectal surgery. She feels your heart.
