Made an appointment for a new patient and the appointment lady was so rude and impatient- (Mary) as if I was interrupting her day - Decided if this is the “face & voice” of this practice I’ll find another place- being a medical professional myself it’s a turn off when medical people present like this- don’t make your bad day be others- maybe find another job if your that miserable in your position !

Expecting our first child and Dr. Ciaccio has been nothing short of amazing. Very pleasant, polite, and great attitude.
It’s hard to express how much Dr. Ciaccio has meant to our family. She has delivered both my children and made both experiences so memorable. Our first was the dream pregnancy and I won’t forget the moment she asked me to reveal that we had a baby girl as she placed her on my chest.
