I recently used Rachel Chloe Home Staging and they were awesome! They came ahead and told me what to change and when they would have furniture movers here to help. Then they cam and brought every piece of furniture and accessories. My house looked fantastic! (And I thought it looked fantastic before they staged it!) Anyway, the staging they did ensured I had a quick sale for over asking! Stephanie is GREAT!
Stephanie Whiteman did our staging. She meet with us, reviewed our yard and home and gave us very exacting actions to take to make our home ready for staging. She and an associate spent a long day preparing our home for sale. The result was a sale 15 days from going on the market. One of the key actions Stephanie took was to prepare the home for photography. We believe her staging and the resulting photographs were critical steps our agent, Andrea Scott, took to sell our home.
I absolutely loved working with Stephanie. Loved her energy, enthusiasm and the ideas she came up with. I was redoing my home and working with the furniture I already had but needed to add a few pieces of furniture as well as updating the decor. I also told her I was a minimalist and wanted the house to be clutter free.
