Dr. Cain has a warm and welcoming demeanor. She is thorough, knowledgeable in multiple disciplines, and a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond in her efforts to help you heal. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. If you have to see an ENT specialist, I highly recommend her.
Absolutely do not trust Cain with facial surgery. One of the biggest mistakes of my life. What a sad woman. She falsified information on my visit summary. Which is exactly why I brought someone with me and we recorded the appointment. Shame on you, Rachel.
