Never once has answered the phone when I call. Make me wait 3 days for physical paperwork then turn around and say you can’t do it. Wasting my time. Previously my kid had blood drawn there the nurse have nearly 10 attempts to draw blood with no success.. my child was screaming with discomfort from repeated getting jabbed with a needle, so we left. Unprofessional. Kirkman her self is very friendly
