I have recently had a very good experience with Dr Rachael and her team members. I am not a very good patient and in spite of my short comings; they were very patient and kind to me. I highly recommend this wonderful service.
The dental hygienist was through but very careful as I have sensitive teeth. I didn't have one bad moment during the checkup. Dr. Heard is also good about making sure you feel the least amount of pain she can. The whole visit was not bad at all and I am one of the worst for going to see a dentist.
The regular six month check up went smoothly and very timely. All personnel are welcoming and professional.
Our family has had the best care at Victoria Family Dentistry. Doctors Copeland and Heard and the entire staff have made us feel welcome. I appreciate the individualized care for each person and would recommend to anyone looking for a practice to join.
