In Dec 2024, I had a fire in the garage of my rental house. I notified my local State Farm agent and filed a claim. They quickly provided me with a claim number and an adjuster. SF also appointed a local contractor, Dry 1 Out, to do the repairs. I asked if they could provide me a list of contractors, and they said no. I have been insured with Rachel Bahn and her team for 26 years now. Whenever I have questions, concerns, or issues, they have been quick to respond and have always been able to resolve my issues. On a recent fraudulent claim that was made against me Rachel was able to intervene and fight for me. Rachel is as good as an insurance agent can get, gold standard. She listened to all of my worries regarding my incident and had the situation handled right away and just moments later it was resolved. She was understanding, empathetic, and honestly just made me feel better after talking to her. I can not recommend her enough to be your long term insurance agent, she WILL take care of you and your loved ones and have the situation handled asap. State Farm is very lucky to have someone like Rachel.
