Rachel Baron is not a good mediator. Very expensive and not at all worth the price. Before the mediation process my lawyers were asking her how much time we have for mediation based on the prep-work she has done prior to the mediation and she would not answer the question. To be clear she costs close to $500 an hour. Again VERY expensive so I wanted to know on the day of the actual mediation how much time we would have before our retainer ran out.
