Dr.Rachel Allyn organized the most amazing yoga retreat in Baja Mexico. For me it was a much needed week of rest, relaxation, yoga, and heart opening that rejuvenated my whole being, so that I could get back to my everyday fast pace job in life, everyday was well organized, great food, bonding and meeting new people and mindful yoga classes two times a day, I can't wait for the next one to happen, and I wish it was every other month, because I recommend it to everyone I know, Thank you Dr. Rachel Allen Much Appreciated!
