I wish I’d ever been able to get to Dr. Cartledge, but this office had the warmth and welcome of a block of ice. I was late to an appt, apologized and was met with one of the nastiest nurses I have ever come into contact with. She was cold, condescending and treated me like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in. Dr. Allon is by far the best provider I've worked with (and I've been through many as I have sought treatment!). She was empathetic and communicated with clarity and kindness, giving a thorough explanation of her thought processes and my diagnoses. She also outlined each treatment option to allow me autonomy, writing this in detail in a note that I had access to after my appointment so that I could make decisions on my own time. I love Dr. Allon. She's the first OBGYN I've had that made me feel comfortable. She always makes sure I'm good and talks me through procedures step by step.
