Would not recommend. She didn’t seem to care and made no effort to help figure out what’s going on. We’ve been searching for answers for months while things have gotten worse, and she showed no concern for her patients at all. Wouldn’t even respond to messages on my chart. By any means… find care elsewhere!!!

She showed little concern during the visit, and I was in and out of the office in under five minutes with a missed diagnosis. I had hoped for better care after the previous doctor left, but this visit confirmed my decision not to return
I have been a patient of Dr. Newsome's since she started at this location. I have seen her several times and felt heard when discussing my health concerns. I have been going to this location for about 8 years I believe and have always felt that the staff was helpful and attentive to my needs.
It seems as if it's just a job for everyone. My first visit I walk to the window and the receptionist didn't say Hello or anything she just pointed for me to go to the next window. I don't think this will be a long patient/ Doctor relationship . At least the staff could be a little courtesy and kind to thr patient. I ALSO have been waiting been waiting on paperwork for two weeks as of today I still do not have it.
I had been trying to get a prescription filled for weeks because this doctor's office sent to the wrong pharmacy. When I called to try to get the doctor's office to help me with resolving the issue I WAS HUNG up on after haven't to wait 13 minutes before actually getting through to a person. After getting through, the person I spoke with seemed to really not care or want to admit that the office had made an error (despite me indicating the correct pharmacy in mychart and at the doctor's office).
