I’d like to thank Dr. Shepard for her recommendation to try botox to relieve pain from jaw tightness/clenching. I am BEYOND happy I trusted her and tried this—I am sleeping better and notice a substantial difference in daily comfort. I barely felt anything at the injection site (scared of needles) and even noticed a slimmer look to my face. Highly suggest trying this if you experience any clenching, tightness or TMJ!
