Rachael is a excellent therapist who is not only caring, but also very professional. I was a client of hers for a few years, as I was sporadic at best in the beginning and there were many times that I was not truly willing to work on my issues. I went through a lot of tough times while working with her and she was always supportive and able help me get through things that sometimes felt impossible. Rachael is a DBT expert without the attitude! I have run young adult groups with Rachael weekly for over two years, and seen her work directly with dozens of clients! Rachaels has a gift for helping clients find skills that feel authentic to who they are!

Rachael is a competent and compassionate therapist. I would highly recommend her for all ages of clients, although primarily adolescent and young adult clients.
