I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. If you're looking for consistent, evidence-based medical care, I strongly recommend seeing a physician instead. My appointments, despite being virtual, were routinely delayed by 15 to 20 minutes each time, without explanation. There were instances where medications were changed or switched at the pharmacy without my prior knowledge or consent, which is both concerning and inappropriate.
