Worst experience ever.
As a patient of dr hartman Called about something that needed to be looked at in the short term and was given an appointment 3 months into the future and given run around about go see your primary doctor
Took a painful biopsy from my breast and forgot to check for bacterial causes. Gave me an immunosuppressive cream that made the bacterial infection worse. Luckily i went to another dermatologist who knew immediately to give me an antibacterial cream.
Terrible office staff. The one woman is cranky and rude.
I don’t normally post reviews, but I thought this was worth noting. Dr. Hartman is lovely, but the office supervisor, named Michelle, is nasty. She is rude, belittling, and I am hesitant to return as a patient due to Michelle’s attitude. She made a comment to me as I was leaving and when I called the office back to voice a complaint about it, she denied what she said. I would have been more open and understanding if she took ownership for her actions, but she did not. It is unfortunate because Dr. Hartman is so nice.
Dr. Hartman is the BEST Dermatologist I have ever been to (I have a lot of experience seeing Dermatologists) She takes her time and answers all of my questions and she makes me feel comfortable and important. The most important thing I can say is that she really knows her stuff and has helped me with issues that other Dermatologists couldn't. I love Dr. Hartman and won't see anyone else.
I saw dr Hartman for the first time today. I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and attitude. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel relaxed. i will make her my dermatologist! My wife has used this practice for many years and has always felt that she is accommodated and treated with respect by all
My experience with this practice has been wonderful. Everyone is friendly and I always feel comfortable when I'm there. I never wait more than 10 minutes to be called. Dr. Hartman is awesome. My issues were addressed and resolved with knowledge and compassion. She always take the time to answer my questions. She's an excellent Doctor and I will be recommending my family and friends to her.
Drove in torrential downpour, bad traffic conditions. Severe weather warnings. So I was late and the Doctor refused to see me! There were no patients in the waiting room. I had to get a babysitter to make the appointment. So rude and insensitive. Not going back.
