Very dirty and dilapidated. I've stayed here many times over the years but now looking elsewhere. Overpriced for what you get.
I booked based on the online photos Big mistake. The room I was allocated was a dump. My rating was a total minus. The room in no way met that offered. If my flight had not been delayed and the taxi was still there I would not have stayed.
Never stay in this place. There were bed bugs and mites in my bed. I came back from Brisbane 2 days ago and had to go to the hospital to check the itchy skin in my arms , legs and hands. I am with scabios and completely frustrated. This place is a public health hazard. The local health departamente must check this place urgently.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Good photography and very misleading. Everything is old and their interpretation of an upgrade is to put contact on doors and vanity tops which is peeling and coming off. If I could give no stars I would. This is by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed and I’ve travelled all over Aus. Backpacker hostels are better than this. Windows missing glass, bathroom door broken, cutlery dirty, room not cleaned properly, bedspread has cigarette burn holes in it, cushion on bed dirty and stained. The entire... read more
