Booked a room in the morning for a hospital visit, received an email late that day at 6.30pm to advise booking cancelled due to overbooking, not good business will not book here again and suggest you dont waste your time.

Had to stay in Brissy for the night and when I got to the motel room there were cockroaches in the room and definitely wasn't cleaned thoroughly from the last people staying there. It smelled horrible. I've done a lot of camping and roughing it over the years but this place was way below what I could handle. I walked out, got a refund and spent an extra $40 to stay somewhere so much nicer only 10 minutes away.

I booked this without looking at the reviews. It is absolutely revolting, everything is dirty and broken, the room stank of smoke and there’s crack heads living in other rooms. I took some photos and left. I requested a full refund and got it.
