They had my son sleep on the floor on a mattress that was mouldy. Shower only way to get water. Sink tap doest work. Cockroachs everywhere. Shower glass smashed and taped. Tv was punched didn't work. Holes in the roof pretty sure a rat stuck it head out. Punch holes in door. Little old drunk man never gave code or key to the room couldn't find him to then get code or key so couldn't leave room. Doors ripped off and re nailed couldn't use. Shower curtain is the door.. Please don't stay.
This place is a health and safety concern. Was met with cockroaches on the curtains, the room smelled like a wet dog, and the blankets were filthy and reeked. The place is infested with bedbugs and needs to be shut down. Sent photos of the bugs and blood stained sheets to the owner - did not receive an adequate response. I have contacted BCC to lodge a formal health and safety complaint.
What a dump. Photos looks great .... but felt sick staying. Extremely low class. Very dissapointing!
This place does not even deserve a review or rating, not even a negative one. The standard of this establishment should not exist. It was absolutely disgusting. There were bed bugs everywhere, and the blankets provided were of extremely poor quality. A very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
