I've had a unit here for almost 5 years. My unit has been broken into twice during this time. The last time my unit was broken into, most of my important belongings were taken. I have to say Ashton was wonderful! Very empathetic, and between him and the police they recovered 2 totes of my things. As far as the facility goes, I wish there were restrooms. They really do all they can to keep it safe and secure.
The older woman that sits at the front desk is incredibly rude, sat there and questioned my age while I was sitting there holding my ID ready for her to take it. She assumed I had an attitude When she doesn’t even know me or how I talk or speak to people. I went through a traumatic event and my husband ended up committing suicide and I haven’t been able to pay my storage unit (not even 2 months behind) and they won’t even take that into consideration. This review is on their customer service. We have been a customer for nearly 2 years. Our card got hacked, so it was shut off and a new card issued. I got charged all the late fees they could charge, and when questioned about it, her response was that is not her problem. You are correct lady.... it's cost me several hours of my time to work on this, so don't expect me to give you a good review. Your customer service SUCKS!!
