Absolutely Horrible They sold me a car with faulty brakes. I had them inspect the car and they went out on me when I was turning into my neighborhood. They refused to take the car back or make it right. They only thing they tried to do was sell me a more expensive car while only offering $6k for the car. I paid $16k for a 2016 Nissan Versa with faulty brakes. Great customer service! It's great dealing with a car dealer that still believes in customer service. The owner, Dave, is right there at the dealership and greets you with a smile and handshake. No high pressure. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they gave us more for our trade than other dealers. We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with LeBrun!
Cannot say enough Yes I will always have my service done at Trophy Nissan as long as I have a Nissan. I would not have any other service advisor but Pansy Freeman . She is awesome and she takes real good care of me. I cannot say enough good things about my service advisor. She is the greatest. Great Service As always my service advisor Pansy was the best there are no words that can express my gratitude to her and to Trophy for employing such a wonderful person that shows true and honest concern about my well being. Don't buy a certified pre-owned vehicle from Dick S mith Nissan in Lexington A Sales Mgr. and a Salesman are only interested in the sale, afterwards they forget or make excuses to the buyer. Professionalism is not in their dictionary. Beware !!! They do not know the meaning of the word certified !
