If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership is inattentive to its customers. I bought a new car in July and because I live out of state they told me they deal with an outside agency to do the registration paperwork which is part of the fee I paid. Thirty-plus days after I bought my car and after several phone calls to the dealership, they advised me to complete a Limited Power of Attorney to file my registration. If I could leave zero stars I would. My Kia ******* was towed to this dealership on June 24th with a motor issue that was the result of a greater recall as per our mechanic. After some back and forth it was determined by *** that yes, the issue was due to a larger recall. As a first time buyer my experience during purchase was tiring and frustrating, and it has proven difficult to cancel a warranty that I felt forced to buy because they did not want me to leave without overpaying +6k on a car. I was told if I get a 4k warranty I can take the car 1k above MSRP. This dealership is a big scam. They have bait and switch like crazy. They are not a pleasant team to deal with and have wasted my time by coming in multiple times and still trying to overcharge me for a used vehicle I was looking to purchase. Their management team as well as salespeople were not helpful and showed no regards for the customer. We have bought 4 cars in this dealership. We bought a 20k certified car for our daughter a month ago and it has been a nightmare. The car started having issues within 2 weeks, we called several times and no one got back to us. We had to show up to the dealership in order to have the car checked. It is not the fact that the car had an issue, because that can happens, it is the fact that NO ONE got back to us after several calls and emails.
