I took my car in for a wash back in September. The molding that covers my back-up camera came off upon my exit from the wash. An employee went back in the wash to retrieve it. It could not be salvage. It had to be replaced. They took a report and told me the manager would contact me in a couple of days. The manager contacted me and I explained what had happen. I had a great experience at this car wash. It didn’t get everything off of my car. The first time they ran my car through a second time for free!!! The whole staff was very friendly, and the customer service was fantastic. 10/10
