Very disappointed with Raceway Chrysler. I booked an appointment today (Monday) for an issue with my car that needs attention, and they told me the earliest appointment is Friday—almost a full week later. If a customer says they’re having active issues with their vehicle, especially something affecting drivability, brushing it off like that is unacceptable. Getting my Jeep had a few hiccups along the way, but the customer service was great. The staff were patient, helpful, and made sure everything worked out. I’m a repeat customer and overall had a positive experience.
Worse customer service at the parts department I have a bodyshop with my discount they selling more then other locations retail price would never comeback to this place fix ur issue
