Lied about the condition of the cars timing belt. Said it had been replaced 20,000 miles previously and claimed supporting paperwork. Never got the paperwork and refused any compensation when I has to spend $800 to have the timing belt replaced because it was about to break on inspection. Not sure how they can stay in business when they screw over people in a small town.
