RecommendedMy wife is a long term customer of Racetrack Auto & Marine. She is very satisfied with their service, so, when my old Jaguar needed a front end alignment, I scheduled an appointment. When I went to pick up the car, I was shocked by the bill. Apparently old Jaguar wheel alignment is a very labor intensive process that nobody was prepared for. Discussions with the service manager yielded a compromise bill that everybody could live with. I really appreciate the fact that they went the "extra mile" to satisfy their customer.

My boat was there a month, they finally gave me a box of parts they removed from the outboard and said they can't fix it. Charged $420!!! Crooks

RecommendedI pulled into Frontier Town CG late Friday and discovered my 2002 Honda CR-V had a blown brake line. I was able to get it to Racetrack Auto overnight and even though Saturday hours were limited they were able to do the repairs with no time to spare. The customer service over the phone, the quick turnaround time and a fair price were all appreciated since I was going to be on the road elsewhere for another two weeks. Thank you!
