RecommendedI am beyond happy! I have had 2 issues with this car forever. I've had them both "fixed" at 2 other places. Racetrack is the only one who bothered to take the time to track down the actual problems and fix it. One of the employees went as far as to put his personal vehicle tires on it to make sure I didn't get bad tires recently . Friendly employees too. Thank you again!

I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE! I’m from out of town, visiting family. Hit a pothole and needed my tire replaced. Was told to drop it off at 8am, didn’t hear from anyone until an hour and a half before they closed. Told me they didn’t replace my tire because someone couldn’t pick it up until the next day. I also have a 3rd party Road Hazard Insurance and they told me that my road hazard insurance denied the claim. I called my road hazard insurance company and they said NO ONE filed a claim with them!! RecommendedI bought a Tidewater last Friday. I noticed an issue over the weekend that I thought could be a major issue. George took the boat out of the water on Sunday evening and it was back in the water 16 hours later as good as new !!! (It turned out to be a minor issue) George and his mechanics took great care of me. As far as the purchase, Rachel is hands down the best. I highly recommend both Tidewater and Racetrack!!!
RecommendedGeorge and Scott are great people with top notch mechanics when you take your vehicle or boat what ever it may be they take care of it as it was there own 26 years and there the only place I take my vehicles..
