Today, I was checked out by a new person at this RacTac. I could tell how new he was because when I asked for a scratch off, I was given the wrong one. When I asked for a quick pick, I was given the wrong one. I also noticed that he would have to go get a manager to void his errors. Don't get me wrong, we are all human and I hope others will be as patient as I tried to be today.
