I stopped in to pump gas. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was how dirty the floor was. I proceeded to go pay for my gas, the kid that was there had no customer service skills at all. I've been to other RT and everyone is so nice. I guess this kid just didn't want to be at work.
How in the hell is it normal now to get ignored for 10 minutes at the checkout line!? Literally just happened to me, this racetrac is the worst, always "closed due to staffing" amd when its not they hardly want to do they're job.
