The frozen beverage machines are ALWAYS empty, down, or spew out sludge. This has been consistent for over 2 years now. I have not been able to purchase one in that entire span. Sales figures for these drinks must have suffered dramatically. It seems these machines are just ignored. Maybe they're broken and management hasn't bothered to have them repaired or replaced? I could run the location better than this. It's utterly insane.
Price gouging on gas! Horrible company
I went in on March 20, 2026 to buy a charger for over $15, and it only worked for six days. I came back with my receipt expecting a simple return or exchange, but the staff refused to help or offer a refund. On top of that, Lulu was extremely unprofessional and dismissive during the interaction. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she made the situation more frustrating.
