I stop by this RaceTrac several times a week, but it’s really gone downhill in every way lately. The store used to be clean and well-run, but now it’s constantly dirty. The floors are sticky, the drink area is covered in spills, and the trash cans are almost always overflowing. The coffee station is messy, supplies are rarely stocked, and the bathrooms are consistently filthy — with paper towels on the floor, empty soap dispensers, and a strong odor that indicates they haven’t been cleaned properly. Watched a full grown roach walk across the store from the pizza counter. There were no staff present to notify. Took a picture and decided I rather not eat anything here.
The new self checkout system that has been implemented, is worse than atrocious. Whoever approved this "improvement" should lose their job. Dont try to fix something that isnt broken

Awful sevice lotta people in line waiting to pay gas and more things and those cashiers talking each other and then they keep us waiting and they don’t care Bad attitude…. Not getting more gas and this Gas station….
