Wow I came in for Gas. The First time actually being Greeted by the Young Man working there. I wish the evening employees did.
This store is run by people who have no clue about customer service. Hailey and Dominic were in today and I witnessed them treating a customer like trash who was in uniform and appeared to have just gotten off work. Racetrac will go down and lose to QT is they don’t get more qualified employees. I know she will not be returning and neither will I after this. 12-11-2025 at approximately 5:20 pm.
I came in for gas and food for my Gkids.(4:40p) Well we came in, and No greeting of Welcome to Racetrac. There were 2 guys just in the back of the Counter. Doing their own thing. The store was not Clean. One guy came around after he realized I was not happy. He only picked up a few things. Apparently a Shift mgr Steve, was just there, in his area. He rang us up, but he seemed a bit lost. This store has gone Down. Ugh
Poor customer service.
