If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this RaceTrac was awful because of the shift leader, John. He was extremely rude not just to customers, but to his own team. He spoke to his crew members in a condescending and unprofessional way, right in front of everyone. It made the whole environment uncomfortable. What made it worse is that I wasn’t the only one who noticed other customers were also complaining about his behavior. Why are the bathrooms always closed? Also the store needs more cashiers so the line isn’t 20 people deep.
