Girl working felt mopping the floor was more important than checking out customer.
This is worse place to buy gas .I stopped in there few days ago and got gas,and soon as I started my car it starting to trying to die,than got to the light on main street and my car died and would not start .I had to keep trying to start the car, as the light was green and my car was not going any where .I finally got it to start but will NEVER GETTING RACE TRAC AGAIN
I don’t leave reviews unless the service is so pooor or its is so great. Angela is her name I came in today to get gas. She didn’t greet me which no problem not a big deal except she greeted everyone else. I went to the register to pay and I have not been to RT in a while so I asked do I use the self checkout and she said do whatever you want ?!?🥴🤷🏻♀️ Rude tone. This store claims to be open 24 hours, but that is incorrect. Frequently it is closed early in the mornings for hours. When it is open the employees are untrained and not capable of performing the basic functions of their jobs. This seems to be a management issue, as it seems the managers are more concerned with what is on their phones, instead of properly training employees. I pass 3 QTs on my morning commute. I will stop at one of those from now on.
1 star for cleanliness, 1 for their yogurt, 1 for the blonde that was really helpful. The other two I left off because of a woman by the name of Mckaila, who was completely rude to me and I’m shocked she even still has a job here … especially after the way she spoke to me. I can guarantee you (with her attitude) I wasn’t the first and definitely won’t be the last customer she treats poorly. If I owned this company she would be gone… Just my take on it anyway and I’ve rarely leave negative reviews unless they are warranted
