All restrooms closed.
There were three employees and three friends of the employees all gathered around at the cash registers. They were all talking amongst themselves with no regard for the customers. I used the restroom and it had paper on the floor, no soap or toilet paper installed in the handicapped bathroom. I used the handicapped bathroom because the other toilet had floaters. Half the pumps don't work, the bathrooms were closed, the coffee bar didn't have any half and half. Usually RaceTrac is my go-to but I'll have to remember to drive past this location next time.
Just experienced the worst customer service EVER!! Cashier to the left literally holding a derogatory,personal conversation in front of customers. Never acknowledged customers personally. No hi,thank you…nothing but she continued that phone conversation. Bathrooms with no tissue. I noticed cameras so please pull them. Time is around 520pm.
