Kingsland location broke the valve stem on our 2010 dodge caravan just a couple hours ago. My boyfriend drove from there to Winn Dixie and the tire was flat. he called take 5 and they said over the phone that the valve stemp was carotid. They have someone 9ut there with my boyfriend and son now. The guy from the shop says it is the shops fault, and told the shop. the shop told the guy to come back. the guy doesnt want to leave my boyfriend and son bc the shop is in the wrong. 2-29-2020. MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!!!

we literally just left there. they were all extremely nice, respectful, and very helpful.They gave my toddler juice and a snack. we were able to get not just the oil done but an inspection done. didn't take long at all. we will definitely be back.
