They royally screwed up the Ripple Effect 5k. First, the course wasn't even posted until the day before, then they forgot the timing bibs at home until about an hour before the event started, and finally they somehow managed to only run us 2.5 miles instead of the full 3.1. When TuxBros was in charge, it used to be my favorite 5k. Now there are issues every year. Your mistakes cost us 20% of the race, can I have 20% of my money back?
Best running/timing company in town. They put on a great race experience. Topnotch Swag. Love these guys.
These people are absolutely amazing.
They put on fun and very organized races, I have been doing the races for over two years now and will keep doing it with them because they are a lot of fun.
